• This is a family-owned home, not a commercial rental

Pool & Outdoor Areas

• Children must be supervised around the pool at all times
  
• Please shower before using the pool
  
• No glass near the pool area
  
• Sun loungers and cushions should be put away during windy weather
  

Neighbours & Noise

• The villa is in a residential area
  
• Please be mindful of neighbours, especially in the evenings
  
• No parties or loud music late at night
  

Kitchen & BBQ

• The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking
  
• Please clean the BBQ after use
  
• If anything runs out or needs replacing, let us know
  

Cleaning & Laundry

• Professional cleaning is arranged between stays
  
• For longer stays, fresh towels and bedding can be arranged if needed
  
• Please leave the house generally tidy on departure
  

Rubbish & Recycling

• Please dispose of rubbish regularly

Guests & Visitors

• Please let us know if you plan to have visitors during your stay
