Is this a commercial holiday rental?

No — this is a family-owned villa that we’re happy to share with friends and family. It’s not advertised publicly and isn’t run like a hotel.

Who can stay at the villa?

The villa is available to friends and family only, by invitation or referral. We don’t rent to the general public.

How many people can the villa sleep?

The villa sleeps up to 8 /9 guests comfortably. Please let us know in advance who will be staying so we can make sure everything is set up properly.

Are children welcome?

Yes — the villa is very family-friendly.

Please note that children must always be supervised around the pool.

Is the pool heated?

No

Is the villa suitable for elderly guests?

Parts of the villa are suitable, but it may not be fully accessible. If you have specific mobility needs, let us know and we’ll talk it through honestly.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes — the villa has Wi-Fi suitable for general browsing, streaming, and keeping in touch while you’re away.

Can we invite friends over?

Day visitors are usually fine, but please let us know in advance.

Overnight guests should be agreed beforehand.

Are pets allowed?

No

What are the check-in and check-out times?

We try to be flexible where possible. Exact details will be shared before arrival, depending on cleaning schedules.

What’s included in the kitchen?

The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, including cookware, utensils, fridge, oven, hob, and dishwasher.

Is cleaning included?

Yes — professional cleaning is arranged between stays.

For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged if needed.

What’s the cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before arrival.

  • 60+ days before arrival: full refund of deposit
  • 30–59 days: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Less than 30 days: deposit non-refundable (unless dates are re-booked)

In genuine emergencies, we’ll always try to be reasonable.

Who do we contact if something goes wrong?

You’ll be given a main point of contact before arrival. If there’s an urgent issue during your stay, just reach out and we’ll sort it as quickly as possible.

Is there anything else we should know?

This is a home we use ourselves, so we just ask that guests treat it with care and respect. If something breaks or stops working, let us know — these things happen.
